Nita Gonzales

Nita Gonzales was born 1949 in Denver, Colorado. She is the eldest daughter of Boxer and activist Rodolfo “Corky” Gonzales. She is currently president/CEO of Escuela Tlatelolco Centro de Estudios founder by he father. Her involvement in the Denver and Colorado communities far transcends the building housing Escuela Tlatelolco. Ms. Gonzales is the recipient of many awards and honors for her work in educational and community empowerment, including Colorado Women’s Chamber of Commerce Top 25 Most Powerful Women in Denver,
