Neal Cassady’s Childhood Home
2558 Champa Street
This is one of the places where Neal Cassady grew up in his early years in Denver. This the home that he and his family lived at which his father also used it as a double business to run a barbershop. The house was eventually lost due to his father’s abuse to alcohol. In losing the home, the parents separated and Neal was the only one to go with his father in the lower slums of Denver.
